14 goals, 36 points, Conn S. Down to the Flyers, primary assist on the Fedotenko goal that started the comeback from 0-3, the tying goal from Sarge? Then there's 'the goal'.

Malkin: Overtime PPG in Game 5 against Washington. Points in all games. I'll never forget the play he made to Letang to go up 4-0 in Game 7. It was all over. Sid and Ovie played as good a series as a player can; still, it's not as though Malkin took a break.

Carolina? Complete domination. You've granted me Eastern and Cup Final.

He was great in the playoffs, but i don't think its fair to say he carried the team, its just not true. The CAR series was a joke. Ward can't stop a beach ball.

I'm not sure if you understand how the cap works. The only cap relief we would get is from who ever we ship out. If Buff wanted prospects and picks for Kane we'd still be maxed out.....not a chance they'd want sutter or Kunitz to help our cap situation

A team can acquire players equal to the value of a player's contract if the player is on LTIR even if it means exceeding the salary cap. If the player on LTIR is to be activated, the team would have to become cap compliant to do so. Kane would have freed up a lot of money because there's no way only players on entry level deals and picks would have gone back.

We don't have what they wanted as far as roster players go. You think Chevy would take Scuderi or Kunitz to help our cap situation? Even if Kane was healthy this year Pitt doesn't need his baggage. Good luck to Murray trying to get through to him

On the bright side for Kane, he just has to go to Niagra now to do push ups with money stacks in a casino now. Before he had to go all the way to Vegas!

He better not get to close to the falls or his track suit may get wet. And when that happens things don't turn out good

Any chance pens trade martin and ehrhoff at deadline if they go after petry? Seeing how they aren't trading scuds...

Letang despres
Petry pouliot
Scuds borts
Harrington

Now I'd rather keep ehrhoff amd or martin for playoffs but if they go for picks or a decent return.. idk

Martin and Hoff won't be moved. However, I'd strongly consider Sutter for Petry.

Until the Pens improve I have decided to commit my self to stop putting mixers in my bourbon. In fact, no ice either. In fact, why bother with a glass it's just one more thing to annoy me. I love Knob Creek but recently discovered Buffalo Trace. Excellent fire water.

Sir I like your style. I have the same philosophy with Notre Dame football, but I'm a Scotch guy and my best friend is Mr. Johnny Walker.

What's interesting is I'd like to see Spaling get a shot at center. I think he's only played one game at center and it happened to be his best game. I wan't Pouliot to play, but I'm not 100% sure he's ready for NHL playoff hockey. What's the chances all of our D are healthy anyway...

Haha. But theyd never do that deal. They will hold onto Yakupov and ruin him until he's 35

Buffalo Trace is good stuff, but I've been a Turkey 101 neat guy for a few years now. I've yet to find one that goes toe to toe with it for value.

Reading about trade proposals and peoples severely inept ability at evaluating NHL hockey on here today has been a pleasure. Thankyou and enjoy the game.

Sweet. I think value is fair. We could even move a roster defenseman after this move if needed.
