Can anyone over the age of like 35 look at that picture without hearing the dial up sound in their head?

Pittsburgh should trade for E Kane right away. They would get to part with some dead weight (looking at you, BB) and gain the ltir cap space for the rest of the year. Maybe then the flexibility would allow for some hockey trades.

I've never agreed with you, like ever. But I would do this radical idea. Bennett and Dumoulin or something for Kane. Keep him on the IR, pick up other pieces if needed, hope Kane can play in the playoffs, and profit the next 3 years with a healthy Kane.

Ahhh yes the awful sounds that use to come from the computer when dialing up!

LOL ... your credibility is lost with your comment Bennett has the ability to be a top six forward. He sucks.

F Bennett

- Oneonta Penguin

He is a top 6 forward, he certainly isn't a checking line player. His vision is great and his passing ability is very good, he is just as fragile as Hulk Hogans hips.

Same your way. Headed to the Garth Brooks concert at Console tonight. Hate Country tunes but taking one for the team since the wifey loves him.
- 87_71_11_29

Ugh, got into my parking garage this morning, which is right next to Consol, and the place was trashed, beer bottles and garbage everywhere. Glad today is Friday and I don't have to deal with that crap the next 2 days. I'm sure Monday morning will be more of the same. I really don't understand why the Country concerts seem to make the biggest messes. Isn't Country music all about community and hard working people who look out for each other and crap?

Ha! I'm 37 and hadn't bought a computer or used the Internet until 2001. Heck, didn't even buy a cell phone till 2004. But those first few years of AOL were brutal and I didn't use it much till broadband came out. Which coincidentally was when this site was in its infancy. Now I can be in the middle of the woods and check five different sites in a minute. Crazy!

Why would Winnipeg trade him for junk now? Nothing against Bennett and Dumoulin, but the aren't fair value for Kane.

The only reason to rush to trade him now, would be to get rid of the lockerroom issue, but with surgery, that is done for you.

In the summer, a healthy Kane will be worth more, and the character stuff will die down some.

Try living in a small country town for six years. Bunch of bored people who preach what they want to do, then do the opposite.

Like I said earlier too, it would be a huge pain in the ass cap wise. We would have to clear the $5.25 million to bring him over which means Sutter or Kunitz would have to be traded in that trade or a separate trade prior to that one, then they put him on LTIR and they have that cap space back, but then what do they have left to trade to fill his LTIR cap relief? It doesn't work. Please get this idea out of your heads. If you want to fanatsize about it after the season at the draft, then fine think of ways that works, but it is not happening during this season.

He is doing two shows tonight and two shows tomorrow night. I can't even imagine what the parking lots and garages are going to look like after 4 shows in 30 hours.

BB probably in the box tonight because we r playing a tough team to play against n a team that consistently grinds . he might break.
This $hit about Sid not wanting to play with horny and perron on the RW is absolutely absurd. Malkin plays with what hes given. If ur the best in the world u make ppl better not the other way around

your daughter could probably play more consecutive games as a hockey player. Trade Beau for a hockey player.
