I don't care who it's against, but I could watch highlights of Mario Lemieux all day. |

Nonsense, Sutter and MAF are the 2 worst players ever in the history of forever. |

Bull, I've yet to see a blog full of graphs and charts to prove he's bad. |

Yes you have, but he is so bad it looks like one straight line along the bottom and the corsi dot is so small and in the bottom left corner you can't see it. |

Agreed. As long as the price is right in a deal and makes sense I would be for it. I wouldn't mind Bennett being traded. Can't play physical at all and I cringe every time he gets hit or goes near the boards.
From the last blog..
Matthias + Kassian + maybe a pick or roster player? For Bennet + Sutter.
There goes the two least physical players from the team. I've always been a supporter of the two, but if we can get two big body players and possibly a pick I would be for it. Sutter is stinking up the place right now, I feel like he can turn it around though. Bennett on the other hand.. we have barely even seen him play, and when he does he looks good maybe half the time. He has a lot of room to grow, but when is his next injury? |

Just heard Nucks are interested in Beau & Leafs are interested in Sutter. Hearing pens would want Kassian, which would basically be 2 underperforming players getting fresh starts. However both play a different game. Beau is more of a distributor and puck possesion player and Kassian is s big power forward player. |

About a week after he starts playing good again, obviously. |

Source? Bennett for Kassian might land us a pick or throw in prospect, or just straight up.
Sutter to Toronto.. not sure who we can get for him that works for us. Winnik and a conditional pick? |

Canucks are a smart organization when selecting personnel (new gm and analytics team know what they are doing old one didn't)
Toronto is stupid as hell. They believe Bozak is a #1 center.
Keep Beau, Trade Sutter. Kassian isn't good. He is a lesser Dustin Penner, a sudo big guy who doesn't act big and isn't talented. There is no need for a guy like him. |

I just think it'd be a big mistake to trade Beau. |

I know it was "legal" at the time, but what a dirt bag scott stevens was, just went out doing everything he could to hurt the other teams top players with no respect or thoughts towards their health or showing good sportsmanship
how many guys careers did he end? thats not something to be proud about MF'er should be ashamed |

I don't think he ended anyone's career, but he certainly derailed Lindros' career. Much along the lines of Kasparitis and Ulfie, guys who went out to try and take players out. |

Thoughts on this? Price to acquire? - znagle
I'd be interested. No idea what Canucks would want. We value him as a 3rd liner and they probably want a return on a 2nd liner |

he didnt end kariyas career hes just made him a much less effective player, essentially ending his career short and making him much less of a player, ron francis retired I think the next year after stevens concussed him, he ended gelinas career I think as well, dirtball...
the nhl will probably make him the next commissioner of player safety |

I don't know... costs 2.5 mil, so would need to shed cap space for him. What would you plan to give up?
Sutter for Higgins+ low draft/prospect... Move Spaling to 3rd line center and roll from there? |

He's been a recent healthy scratch in Vancouver and has 4 points in 26 games...why is everyone seeing this guy as a solution to anything? |

I have no interest him, however I am looking at this from the salary cap viewpoint...
We apparently want more depth, but we don't have cap space. Of course.... I'd put him over Sill or Adams in a heartbeat. |

No, I think the Rangers are pretty aware of how much balls he sucks |
