just got back from wawa where i obtained a nasty "chicken parm" sandwich, a 24 ounce hot delicious coffee, and a monster energy drink for hockey guy who somehow let himself run out and was sitting at his desk shaking and drooling.

well first let me explain that the wawa chicken is not really ideal and i'm not even sure it's chicken.

my go-to chicken sandwich is a creation of my own design that i call the 856 (i don't really call it that). it is breaded chicken, applewood smoked bacon, ranch dressing, lettuce, and sometimes tomato. from time to time if i am feeling frisky i will hit random buttons for things like sweet peppers or whatever. unfortunately, as the years have passed, the quality of the chicken gradually waned.

today's sandwich was the same sub par chicken but slathered with so much ragu-like sauce that the roll was like wet paper towel and there was no enjoyment to be had in eating the sandwich. i didn't even finish it.
