We'll be lucky to get some undersized garbage prospect drafted in the 7th round for Kassian.

But Cody Hodgson is playing like complete trash also, so it guess it softens the blow.

Myers is turning 25 this Feb and this is his 6th season...like I said, same point in their career, minus 1 season...Myers played 1 more season of Junior vs Pronger going straight in after being drafted like Pronger

Well im one who will admit i cant see the future, so could he develop into a superstar defensemen? sure, will he? i have no clue

but if were asking that question based on what hes already done, my guess would be no, hes going to be really really good, but not pronger level

I totally get that if buffalo trades him they want an overpayment because of his potential and contract and all that good stuff, but if overpayment means (in terms of red wings) mantha/larkin + jurco + a 1st? GTFO not going to happen, no one really knows what exactly murray is asking for tho

The team around him will he better.

He can't use his skill set in Buffalo. He needs to be agressive, and jumping into the play, he's already pretty good in his end. Just needs some help
