Mantha is ahead of Larkin. Detroit has all prospects season n round out their game in the AHL. They rush nobody into the NHL. Do not assess Mantha on AHL stats alone.

I see the Oilers making a big slash before the TDL. MacT will fulfill his promises.

Buffalo Phoenix will both be major players n get big returns for Yandle/Meyers.

Florida will finally spend money n add a key part.

Overall with RFA's being signed n UFA's looking slimmer all the time this year will see a new evolution of trading in the cap era. Blow ups n head scratchers n prominent names to yet happen.

Does anyone at Hockey Buzz watch Kassian? I know it's late for you guys but holy cow --- to say that his presence will have a dramatic impact on a team just shows that all you watch is highlight films of last season.... and only a few of those to boot.

Now my hopes are up though that you can promote him and hype him so that GM may be influenced to take him? (Phoenix... I am looking at you!)

To answer someone's question about why Buffalo fans only reply with "over-payment" in terms of Myers being moved, is because our GM has stated as much.

He is not going to trade Myers unless the deal is an over-payment.

Hence, why it is very likely that Myers won't be traded. Murray has stated that Myers is a guy you build your team around. So there is that.

We'll be lucky to get some undersized garbage prospect drafted in the 7th round for Kassian.

But Cody Hodgson is playing like complete trash also, so it guess it softens the blow.

Any team that has a defensive prospect over 6'4 says they potentially have the next Pronger.

Myers plays on a pretty terrible team so it tough to judge his true value.

When he had decent talent around him at the world championships this past summer he played average at best.

Holly crap no - as a Canucks fan. Sure, as a Leafs fan.

Gardiner has been pretty brutal this year and comes with a very high price tage and most importantly, none of those players really solve their respective clubs main issues.
