Yea, I almost never ask or text I just wait until I get a call or as text but this time I asked. A messege was forwarded back to me " NOT YET" I guess we have to wait and see, things can change and unless it's an offer that completly blows Murray out of the water.

You can only provide the info that's passed along to you. If it ends up not happening, it's not your fault. These things can fall apart at the last minute. Just because it doesn't go down doesn't mean it wasn't close.

Time to read into it. Not yet either means no deal has been good enough but teams are stepping up their efforts, or not yet means a deal is being crafted currently and will come through in near future. So, let's not hold our breath folks.

Thanks, I was very nervous to post what I had, trust me. This isn't just an average player we are talking about IMO. My uncle texted his friend with the Sabres and a text came back to him " NOT YET " and that was FWD to me.

Homer's source isn't with the team anymore. He's still involved with the Pegula's, but not the Sabres. He got sick of all the bickering around here, that's why he stopped coming around.
