If Jagr can be had for a pick (not a 1st) then I'd be fine with that.

I really like the Sharks powerplay. They are constantly moving their feet and pulling defenders to create openings. Plus I've noticed that they like to slide a guy right through the defenders box which seems to disorganize the man on man box.

Jagr doesn't bring speed, but his composure with the puck and size to protect it can help.
