Definitely real, but should (IMO) be more correctly termed "climate change". Not everywhere will necessarily get warmed individually, but the overall average surfact temperature of the Earth is increasing.

Is it due to "greenhouse gases"? No. It is all natural. CO2 levels in the atmosphere are low compared to historical levels.

I'm all for reducing pollution and conserving resources. But most of these enviro rental types make poop up.

I heard on Leafs Lunch today, if the Leafs play the second half of the season and win only 12 games, plus 3 other loser points, they can draft in the top 5. Drafting in the top 5 gets you a top end centre. It increases your odds of getting a lucky drop of the ping pong balls, but I figure the fix is in, for Arizona. They need to start moving some of the vets out, sooner then later. I figure if they lose to Columbus, they may run the table out west and lose all 4. Do that and then the conversation can start about picking near the top of the draft.

I had honestly never heard of the definition in the context put forth by Crichton. I guess that "scientific consensus" would be a better phrase to describe what I was getting towards.
