I'd count defending his teammates to the press as being a leader. He called out Feschuk (who is absolute garbage) for how he writes about ALL of the players, not just himself. Sure, I'd like to see him play a more well-rounded game, but I can say that about roughly 75% of the roster. Let's see what happens with a different coach.

I don't consider it petulant. If he responded that way to someone like Fitz-Gerald or Friedman, then sure, but Feschuk is a (frank)ing rat, the lowest of the low, and even giving him a regular response is a response too many in my opinion, especially to such a bullpoop question like that.
