ive liked dion since he was on the jr team and he was a beast in calgary

hes had some good moments in TO

but like i said, he's lost his nasty edge i feel and he should be the FIRST guy to stand up for his teammates, and himself.

Dion, because he decided after the sloppy seconds comment he didn't want to fight anymore, has actually lost his fighting ability, I wouldn't fight if I was him anymore either, he sucks at it, just holds the other guys jersey and hopes to not get punched, other players know he isn't that tough, so they don't mind making him look bad...

Not sure who Poops and Giggles play for, but I think McDavid and Eichel may be worth taking a chance on.

I don't think that's enough time to fix a team as broken as the Leafs. It is disappointing that he left Nonis here when he's clearly a garbage GM but it's possible that he just didn't feel anyone better was available or that the guys he has in place to replace him needed more time to learn the business aspects or whatnot.

We can only hope that things are headed in the right direction. I do like that Shanahan seems to be bringing people in who probably have a more modern approach to the game though. No more dinosaurs.
