Only problem is that Eriksson is probably softer than Vrbata, I think teams like LA/STL would chew that line up. But I would definitely take Eriksson over Burrows just for the upgrade in skill level and sake of change to the core.

Erickson was actually posting 25+ goals and 70 points in the big bad western conference. If anything he should do better back in WC. Also he is 28 and is a natural left winger.

Hank needs to be with two trigger guys. Too predictable when it's just Vrbata. Danny is a half decent play maker as well.... kind of wasted when he passes it to hank

He used to be, but like Daniel Sedin he has not been the same player since his concussion issues. Like I said, I'd trade Burrows for him in a second, but I'm not so sure that Boston would do that unless there's more involved.

He used to be, but like Daniel Sedin he has not been the same player since his concussion issues. Like I said, I'd trade Burrows for him in a second, but I'm not so sure that Boston would do that unless there's more involved.

To be fair, he wasn't the same player even before his concussions. I had him on my fantasy team last year and he was god awful even before he was injured

His firs concussion last year was fairly early into the season, October 23rd so that was just 8 games(2 goals, 1 assist). Small sample size and probably adjusting to a new team after so many years in Dallas this was his first time switching team/cities. But then he suffered a 2nd concussion again just 5 weeks later, that right there is a major red flag. I don't think he has a "bounceback" season in him, especially goal-scoring wise. He is what he is at this point IMO, and it's not that 60-70 point player. Still useful, and better offensive than Burrows though.

As you said I would rather take a gamble on him than Burrows
