He said "possibly".

Would you guys do:

Hamhuis(they may prefer Tanev)
Horvat
Gaunce(although they may prefer Shinkaruk or Kassian)

for

Hall
Petry

- Nucker101

Hamhuis would never accept

Mackenzie polled the GMs around the league last week

Johansson
Seguin
Tarasenko
Hall
Were the list of players and he asked who they'd want. He said hall was in last by quite a margin.

Islanders

Strome
Reinhardt
Neilson

Yotes

Yandle and Domi

Pitts

Maetta, Harrington and Sutter

Buffalo

Myers and Reinhardt for Hall and Petry

Hall for Colture

I still think our biggest problem is our top 6 forwards. We have three of them with 6 goals and 1 with 5 after 30 games. Only one of them has had a fight this year. We are a marshmellow soft team. Phil Kessel has had as many fights this year as our top 6.

BTW Stanton had the second hardest shot yesterday at the skills contest 101 mph.

- VANTEL

Bang -on.

We are soft and we were 'supposed' to be getting away from that. Maybe Kassian and Sestito being out affects that but still...our top 6 are NOT playoff material as it sits right now regardless of the 'softness'.

I'm actually ok with moving Tanev if the return is correct. I like him...I really do but if we do get back to the playoffs sometime and from a long-term perspective he is one of the guys that fits the 'soft' moniker. Not sure if Tanev is the right solution in the west long-term but so far the kid has proven me wrong...so far...

I like the Boychuk idea but if we are gonna toss that kind of cash around we may as well head after Myers. Myers I think would be better long term in the west.

WD and JB know we are creampuffs so hopefully that changes.

And like Vantel said teams should be scared s**tless to enter our building and be happy they got out with a point instead of a busted nose. But in a perfect world we keep the points and they all leave with busted faces...

That's pretty much what I'd estimate his value at.

I didn't know Patty Kane was a heavy hitter. Unless of course we are talking about his stats vs. cab drivers

He did say 'possibly' but he came right out and said Hall is the main problem in EDM. Dreger is a weasel but he's cautious weasel and he wouldn't have said that if there wasn't some truth.

"I think it speaks from a willingness to adapt. I’m choosing my words carefully in saying that. I’m not in the room, so we gather information from the sources that we have, and my sense is that Taylor Hall has a pretty specific vision on how he needs to play and how he thinks the team should play, and he really isn’t open to change, and that’s a problem."

That organization is (frank)ed.

Tanev and maybe Edler would be the only guys they would be interested. Rest of our D is too old for them to be interested. I'm guessing they would prefer a d-man that can grow with their team

LOL.

Actually the LOTR movies have been pretty well done for the most part...Hobbit movies too and the new Hobbit Battle of the Five Armies looks unreal good.

I read the books too and while I understand the lack of 'transfer' from the texts come on...you can't have word for word or frame for frame when it comes to making the movies vs the books. Not unless you want each movie 9 hrs and that would never fly. Jackson HAD to make it user-friendly for the masses that didn't read the books (which are most) and he did a damn bloody good job doing it. He did the best he could with what he had. Very well done.

But that new George Miller Mad Max Fury Road UK trailer looks UNREAL GOOD!!!!

Gonna wet myself
