It's just maddening how our power play is a hindrance on our game. Power play is supposed to be the bonus in the game that if you take advantage of increases your odds of winning. 5 on 5 is the actual game and until we figure that out in don't see the pp pulling us out of this losing cycle.

So whenever Yak is good enough to score 30 and not be a tard defensively, Draisaitl is that dominant Western Conference Center, Darnell Nurse is a stud top pair NHL defender, Klef his wing man, and justin Schultz and MM can handle 2nd pair minutes, hall-nuge- ebs combine for 250+points, and Laurent Brossoit can rock 920+ sv% we will be fine.

So maybe I should tell Mo and Yeti to graphically piss off, get a 3 or 4 year ban and come back in 2018 ?

God I hope so. I really want this team to succeed I just have doubts about how they are going about things. Apparently Pitlick has done a great job in OKC in that same role on the pp. I honestly hope it can translate to the NHL.

I hope so too, maybe we can pick up a guy like Elliot if Brodeur can play well in St. Louis or something. I don't see too many trades that will help us. On a positive note Laurent Brossoit in his last 6 games: 6-0-0, 15 goals against, .928 SV%, 2.23 GAA.
