Wow like 10 pages of people telling Oilers fans that the Oilers suck like it's some big mystery. I don't get the butthurt that we have so many 1st overall picks. But what team is willing to part with a top pairing dman? I just cant think of any realistic targets. So its going to be a combination of assets. Maybe a 3rd on the depth chart sort of Dman and a Top 6 Forward, with some other kickers.

Nashville might be the only team that could toss out Josi or Jones for the 1st overall pick and still be ok since they have Ellis and Ekholm.

In a cap world you never know who is going to be available, but there is always some team looking at doing some retooling. There are struggling franchises that could use a McDavid to bring fans in too, so they could all of sudden look to move guys who were once deemed untouchable.
