The culture change will come with the addition of more character guys like Richards, Read, And Methot to go along with Ference, Gordon, Hendricks and Perron.
I would love to see another cranky get up front too. Too bad guys like Doan, Hartmell, and Nrown are all expensive with NMC's.
Well I think by moving LD to the wing it makes Perron available to shift to the right side, along with Purcell and Read.

Having a few guys with snarl in the lineup would be great. Even just a Eberle for Lucic trade would change the dynamic up front and it'd be nice to see guys stand up for each other.
