Better late than never!

I worked for a few years before going back for grad school, so I'm now 31 and dealing constantly with kids 10 years younger than me...

We'll be out of the playoffs soon enough with this current lineup.

Hopefully change is coming.

Exactly!, I was 25 when I decided to get my trade.....and I was going to school with apprentices in their 40s. It's only too late when you're on your deathbed.
