Any chance Huberdeau could be available? He seems to be struggling quite a bit since his rookie season. |

I have a feeling GMJR is going to make a major move at some point this season involving a core part or perhaps even two.
I think untouchables are 87, 71, and 72. I list 72 because he's the kind of player they need to acquire more of. No way they move him.
29 is unlikely because they have no better option + he just signed his new deal.
I think everyone else is on the table including 3. Would take a lot to move him but I wouldn't rule it out. - 87_71_11_29
I think 58 goes on that list too, unless someone offers him a player of the Voracek/Kopitar/Toews type. But I don't think GMJR even discusses it for anything that includes parts. |

ELC's are like gold in the league. You don't trade proven talent at that price. If anything Pouliot and Martin are on the block, Despres and Bortuzzo as well.
I would expect Bennet and Sutter to be bait too, although I would try to stay away from trading the forward depth. |

No way do I see Maatta getting moved. I think he belongs on your list. |

Dumoulin recalled from WB/S. Interesting he gets the call-up before Harrington or Pouliot. Showcasing?? |

From what I've heard, hes pretty much been the best defenseman in WBS this year regardless of the Harrington/Pouliot upsides being higher. There is a chance that he actually gets a look, unlike Harrington, since Letang is still out and Bortuzzo is sick and may also be out. |

Just thinking out loud, wonder if a Pouliot for Huberdeau would make a decent trade for both teams. We probably add to Pouliot, even with Huberdeau's struggles, he is definitely more "proven" in the NHL. But Pouliot-Ekblad would be quite the top pairing and Huberdeau could be a terrific winger for us in the top 6.
All that said, I guess its more likely a team like Florida will just continue to be perpetually bad and trade older players for picks/prospects. |

I would tend to agree with you but if the right offer came along, I believe they'd entertain it. |

By saying that it means he, by definition, isn't untouchable then.
I thing 58 is actually less untouchable than 3. I truly believe if the right offer came along, they'd move 58 in a nanosecond. |
