Core is goddamn unlistenable. Purple and Tiny Music were solid albums. Everything after Tiny was a disgrace.

i learned to appreciate core a little more over time even though i'll always know it was just a blatant rip off of the popular sound at the time.
it's just a pile of radio rock anthems i guess. i just had to train myself to treat it as such.
i'm sure it's like pablo honey is to radiohead where the band members look back at it like "what were we doing there?" well, except for scott. scott's dead. |
