poop dude, that's never fun. I get lower back problems from my IT band and hamstrings. I seriously have to start doing yoga to help my flexibility. It's so bad. I've been back at the gym recently and have really focused on core and hamstrings and have really noticed a difference already.

I think pro athletes in any contact sport really end up paying for it later in life.

I also think maybe Kessely Snipes has the right idea with the off-season couch-potato regimen (Kessely Snipes is not my original, sadly).
