If they took back Ference and a pick, I'd be okay with it. By the time Richards deal ends, he's probably the same age as Ference when his deal ends for us. They save cap and we get a much needed centre.

Something like:

Ference + 2nd round pick for Richards + Kempe would be nice

or

Ference + 4th for Richards
