I have no idea.
I did 15 hours of online training.
tomorrow I have like 3 hours of classroom training and a 3 hours on-ice session.
I think they're basically gonna run some drills and make sure we understand what the focus should be on for each one...
half the kids are better skaters than me at this point to be honest.

Think ours was more. It was painful. There was the Safety portion re child abuse, which is pretty much a "how to", and then the basic U8 module which could put anyone to sleep. |

a few years ago I slid ankles first into the boards and messed up my ankle.
ever since then I have trouble with edges on my right foot.
my ankle is fine now it's just in my head, especially when I'm not wearing equipment. |
