Also I saw someone mention the Bertuzzi incident, which is really unnecessary considering the massive bag of cats that seem to have been thrown at the wall today. However, I don't think it is a stretch to opine that 10 players dogpiling onto one guy and knocking him to the ice is the likely culprit of Moore's spinal injury. I don't care how big Bert is, it is extremely difficult to break bone with a single punch (let alone with a hand covered by a thick glove) or we would see a surplus of broken jaws in this league. It was a despicable act but it isn't disrespectful or obtuse to suggest that the major damage occurred through a 1000lbs. dogpile. That is not defending Bert, it just seems to me like common sense

Just saw the discipline video and I called it yesterday, 2-5 games for Burrows for that hit. I figured his history would play into it, so I'm not surprised by the length, it'll give Sesitto a chance to play if nothing else.
