Oh, Peanut. I have an update on my bell problem. I called them this morning. They asked if I got the confirmation email about when I changed the service. I said yes. "Well it says right on that email that it's 130 gigs." I asked why would this person tell me several times that it was unlimited when it wasn't. Then the person on the phone literally asked me if I was lying about it all. WTF? "Well, there's no proof this happened. So I'm going to have to take your word for it then." So in the end, it was changed to unlimited. For an extra $10 that I have to pay. Dorks.

While I don't mind the action in itself, I just wonder why he wasn't sent to Hamilton with Beaulieu and Bournival until tomorrow? |
