Not that far off. Bourque and Eller has absolutely zero hockey sense and awareness. It's like they play with thier eyes closed. - mushalain1

Can we whine about Bourque?
Seriously...he's useless.. And Eller's not far behind. WE ARE NOT GETTING THE 17 GAMES FROM THE PLAYOFFS VERSION...and even if we ever get them...it won't be for much more than 17 games...plus, even in those 17 games...I think they were only good for 10-12 of them... So you wan to keep hoping for that?
(frank) them. Get rid of both. - number_23
Seriously, put Bournival in Bourque spot on the 3rd ! |

They are frustrating to watch at times but at this point, no one is taking them off of our hands. It is still very early in the season and, given that we are pretty well stuck with them, these guys will hopefully work through their struggles and find a way to contribute. The team is winning right now so their struggles are certainly not impeding team success. |

If it ain't broke, why fix it?
In other words, I doubt there will be any drastic changes until they start losing.
Also, I have no problem with that. |

Haven't you heard? The turtleneck is being shipped to Edmonton for Yakupov. Plek's is too old and we have no need for a solid 2 way centre.

True..but I think we are carried right now by our top 2 lines...so you dont touch that, nor the Def pairing, but you try something else on the 3rd line ? |

Once the team loses 5 in a row then you are allowed to complain about the third line.
If they win nothing can be said about anyone.
And they all did a good job. |

Great synopsis. The team is winning, despite the struggles of the 3rd line. Bergevin and Therrien are certainly not blind to what is going on and will work to finding solutions. |
