It's still very early, but I would agree that Eller better wake up soon. Problem is, I don't think he can. He simply has no hockey sense what so ever. A good frame, but not much else.
As for Gilbert, he's a 3rd pairing dman playing in the wrong chair. Not his fault IMO.
