Not sure why they don't bother showing up in the 1st period... wouldn't it make their lives easier?
- Pecafan Fan

Caps were fired up...they deflated over time and the Habs found their legs.

Also, Subban was brutal last night. Turnover that caused the Caps first goal, and in OT, he tried the bomb pass to Pacioretty that had zero chance of working, which caused another turnover with the Habs being stuck in their own end, and PK on the ice for 2:30

He needs to play smarter than that.

i didn't see Subban as being brutal. yes he made the mistake that led to the first goal. he made a soft play at the end of a long shift. but in case you didn't notice, the team was nearly run out of the rink in the first. shots were 15-2 and Corsi was 23-9. but after that it was a completely different story and Montreal had Washington hanging on for dear life at the end. and Subban was a big part of that.

everyone is saying Montreal was so lucky to escape with a win. they were lucky to escape the first period down 1-0 but that happens sometimes when a team dominates a period. can't say a team is lucky when they were clearly the better team for 40 minutes.

You can't question Hall's talent.
Eberle and RNH are also very good.

The rest of the team is a train wreck.

this might come as a shock to you, Emperor, but not every post is directed at you or requires your intervention. sometimes you're better off moving along.

that goaltending is still crap. their defence is still crap. and yes i agree on those 3. but otherwise? how they weren't in on Boychuck at that price is baffling.

Draisatl looks like a very good #2 on the way, and that's it.
You can't give a 5-year contract to Benoit Pouliot and be a decent GM.

Doesn't look good.

Side of the knee so I'm guessing MCL...which is better than ACL.

Signed.
