PST (Pacific hours,) is 3 hours behind EST. This is Vancouver, British Columbia, Yukon, California, Oregon, Washington State)


MST (Mountain time) is 2 hours behind EST Edmonton, Calgary, some of Sask when its Day light savings time, Colorado, ect

CST (Centeral) is 1 hour behind EST Sask, Nashville, Chicago ect

It's pretty simple.

Dayman will be with either Yak and Pouliot or Perron and Purcell. But I think keeping Dayman with Yak is a great idea and may be a key to uping the offense!
