friday last pre season game for leafs

My wifes cousin just put an offer on a very nice looking house on Folkway, all done up, inground pool, just move in. They were so excited as we all were. Did the inspection and major structural damage involving the fireplace so they bailed. That's the second time for them...poor guys.
