1 tbsp cayenne
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp thyme (sorry thought it was rosemary)
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano


mind you, this is just the base amounts. I usually like double or triple these when i make a new batch to fill my shaker.

Yummy, Best blackened fish I ever had was in Barbados off the resort at some local dive bar. We had 1 dollar US beer and for 4 bucks we got a whole blackened kingfish.
