I'm assistant coaching again this year for 2 teams. One team of Bantam age kids, the other of whatever age Atom is (like 9?)

The Bantam is AA. The Atom is "Tier 1". The Atom coach is more hardcore than the Bantam coach. This guy has cameras at the game to video them and practice the other day was preceeded by a 15 minute video session and succeeded by a 20 minute strategy meeting in the room.

9 years old.
