He did say he wanted to pass. But he never agreed to trade the pick to Scooby (unless via PM, but it doesn't sound like that was the case). Scooby simply offering to trade him a pick he doesn't want does not give him the pick. Let's just skip the pick and move on for godsakes.

I did see the post by Vancity and he did say he will pick and drop the same player so that is the same as refusing a pick IMO. Scoobys trade offer is not legit and Vancity did say WTF so I will pick
