I'm wondering if maybe there shouldn't be an official announcement on the main board (as well as this board) that we are of course undergoing the draft process, but that we are also trying our best to expedite things.

For instance, if we cannot get a hold of a poolie for a period of X (whatever is decided in terms of a consensus) we will ultimately be forced to draft the next highest Yahoo rated player for them. I'm not really a huge fan of the idea, but I think anything we can do to try and finalize all the picks is something to look at. If anyone has any other ideas, please feel free to share
