why would we be critiquing anyone yet? they've had 4 days of camp. nothing from last night is worth any time or energy trying to breakdown. at least wait for the likely "powerhouse habs beat bruins, again!!" blog that engels is writing as we speak.

fair point. was still interesting to see guys like Sekac and DLR for the first time, even if against AHL and junior competition.

QP told us he would be fantastic

So we basically knew he would suck.

I like QP.

Still early, but I think DLR will benefit from half a season in Hamilton.
I though Bourque played well last night. Sure he didn't score, but had a few good chances, was physical at times, we saw him.
Tinordi needs to pick it up and keep it simple.
Thomas and Sorkin really have a very good camp, they will leave a good impression on the coaching staff.
Sekac will make the team no doubt in my mind.
Scherbak, it would be a surprise, a big surprise, but the kid is still in it, playing very well. Let wait and see.

I was disappointed to see how little Tinordi improved since last year....

DLR need to go to Hamilton at least half a season, no need to rush him. Sherback to Junior after the camp. I hope McCarron's injury is not too serious, the kid had a good physical game. Sekac will be better and better with each game, still early to make a statement on if he makes the team or not!

you can't say that after only 1 pre-season game, let him play at least 3 games. Then, we will know if he had improves or not

Meh.... I don't see him suddently realize how to position himself on the ice and make better decisions with the puck overnight.

Pateryn looked better than him out there.
