I think he said he likes Milan Lucic and would like to become that type of player, and when asked 47 times if he would try to fight him he said he wouldn't be afraid of dropping the gloves.

He was not bad last year in preseason games. I remember thinking that it would not take 5 years for him to reach the NHL like experts were saying. Let see how he'll do this time around.

1 more year in juniors, one in the AHL and he'll start on a fourth line and work his way up.

It was Moore. Lang joined the Habs in 2008 for Habs own 2010 2nd round pick. Moore was traded for the Leafs 2nd round pick aquired in the Grabovski trade.

He'll train with Gallagher during practice to learn how to stand in front of the net.

apparently, Tannehill is no sure thing to start on Sunday.
im assuming he will, but if it's even being discussed, then his leash has gotten very short. i would imagine if they make the switch, they do it during the bye (after London i believe?)

Scherbak. How other teams missed this kid in the draft I dunno. Very, very smart, highly skilled, and incredibly likeable. Wow. I hope the habs keep him for a few games to see what he can do in the NHL.

no im not the biggest Bourque fan actually. i just believe that the playoffs he had earned him the right to a regular shift to start the season.

Line-up C.

Interesting trio with Plekanec DLR and Sekac.

Glad to see Sherbak will learn to coast with Bourque.

Philbin seems to be leaning towards Moore, and Lazor towards Tannehill if I understand correctly. If they bench Tannehill, it's not as a wake up move but that they legitimately feel that Moore gives them the best chance moving forward.

If you count Thomas, Tinordi, Pateryn as NHLers (they played a few games) then that makes 7.

I wouldn't pay a single dollar to see that game, though

who are the goalies? anyway i'm sure the definition of NHL player is pretty lax for these games... and it's a stupid rule anyway. if im paying to see a preseason game, i'd rather see 19 and 20 year olds playing at a high level than veterans coasting along, trying to avoid injury.
