It's very rare indeed. I've seen mayo on a poutine more than ketchup.
I'm going to try cod entrails and spend sack today.......no ketchup.

I'm a pretty traditional guy when it comes to poutine...tried the one at fromagerie Victoria on the south shore of Quebec city this summer...one of the best I've had so far. Really worth it.
