"powerhouse" was a strong word to use, even in the watered down East. i'd switch with "contender" if it was me.
as for the list, it's hard to argue. but going into the season i don't see huge drop off between NY/TB/MTL. i don't get the Tampa love. OMG they signed Anton Stralman!!!!!

8+ hour Brain surgery on Sept. 5th to remove a tumor the size of my fist, home by 1pm on Sept. 8th.

feeling great minus the few adjustments that are occurring (mainly the swelling and headaches that come with the surgery)
