To me, a kid doesn't need room. He needs to cause the surprise and management will find room by trading another player (Bourque, Moen, Prust... whoever).
The real problem is that there's no a lot of kids ready to cause that surprise, not up front IMO.

je sais que c'est facile à dire, mais tu fais des choix dans la vie, et si tu veux que ton enfant fasse du sport élite, ça implique que tu vas te promener pas mal. Si tu veux pas faire ça, achète toi un chalet pis passe tes fins de semaines là à la place.
Y'a moyen de passer ailleurs que sur la 20...mon père a habité Lachine et LaSalle pendant pratiquement toute sa vie, mon demi-frère a étudié au Collège Ste-Anne à Lachine, j'ai fait du back and forth entre les deux assez souvent dans le temps, et si t'es débrouillard un minimum tu vas réussir à te rendre d'une place à l'autre en pas trop long. |

Le fait est, qu'il a décidé d'inscrire ses enfants dans un sport-étude justement parce qu'il était tanné de voyager.
....pis ils veulent pas laisser jouer les enfants dans le programme scolaire. Ce qui est, avouons le, juste assez mongol. |
