I really don't think it will be that bad. We suffered through a season visually and statistically so bad most of us probably never thought it would get that bad in our lifetime. I don't think we will be seeing 6-7 game losing streaks.

every year, its seems, there's a bottom-feeder that jumps up and into the playoffs...with the east fairly wide open (save for BOS and PIT,) there's a good possibility it could happen...

plus they have a bonafide #1 goalie in luongo

Last few expansions the new teams were NOT given the top picks, so I imagine it follows suit going forward.

It typically will be an announcement for a year or two down the road. New franchises don't usually just pop up in a few months.

had he not stood on his head, his gaa probably would've approached 3.00

Even healthy Tyler Myers can only do so much with the group of forwards we have up front. And while Stewart may add some goals, I expect to be responsible for giving up just as many like Hodgson.

You're right, this is not last years team but it's still a pretty bad team. This years Calgary imo, 75-80 pts 3rd-6th last from the bottom.

Team actually played better in front of Enroth . They were too sure Miller would bail them out on their miscues . Please do not think I am bashing Enroth with this observation.
