The loss of kes hurts our pk more than anything. Vrbata will get his goals and so will bonino eith on the pp. Bonino actually can pass the puck therefore I also believe the second line will be better.

We have been missing a second lines for years. Kes is a very good individual player but is selfish. Glad he is gone no matter how this season turns out. It was for the better of the team.

I am hopping for a trade with Higgins. He is a decent player . I think he gets moved this year and Burrows this year or next.I think Horvat replaces Higgins , and when Shinkaruk is ready he replaces Burrows.

I think this year with 4 teams over the cap and us having one too many roster spots with 24 players I think something gets moved before the start of the season. Then I think about 20 games in mgmt re-evaluate.

Also Horvat Gaunce or Jensen are listed on the 23 man roster so maybe more than one player moved, depending on the camp.
