So many Nucks fan get such a hard on for this guy. Good player? yes. But I pride myself on being a gentleman and this guy is far from it. I dont care how good a hockey player he is. I never want to see him in green and blue.

I think we need to accept that all (ok most) championship teams have at least one or two guys that play on the 'edge' (but that are nonetheless great players). It's the same sort of dynamic as concerns fans/team-mates, though, in that we all love to have these guys on the team but, by the same token, hate playing against.

As far as Pang, I don't mind him. Not too over the top (except for his 'holy jumpin' signature uggg) and knows his hockey. I have to laugh at old photos/video of him, though (and compare with pretty much ANY goalie today) and just how tiny he was in net (even by the standards at that time!) I mean, it's almost to the point of ridiculous. The goalies today take up pretty much 3/4's of the net. I think Pang was slightly bigger than the goalpost

I'd have to disagree. I golfed a round with Pang once at a charity tournament. I was throughly impressed with how personable and down to earth he was.

Wow, what can I say, I've never met him personally, but I can't stand his outlook on the canucks at times.

Kind of like Howie Meeer back in the day, everyone I knew couldn't stand the guy of HNIC, but I've met him several times and really enjoyed his company. On TV his gosh golly, gee whiz, was really Holy F**K, Jesus "F" Christ, stupid mother F**ker. Quite hilarious.
