Well, Personally. I write last year off. Torts was a diaster and didnt play and offensive system. WD coaches a north south game and Im expecting the team to be a hell of a lot better than last year.

To think the players (most notably the twins) can't improve upon last year's point totals is insane! Add in Verbata, Vey and possibly a prospect and this team is much different

Call me nuts. But if WD pans out the way I think he will. Were a playoff team. Contender no. But I expect to see the Canucks in the playoffs next year.

I've been on board with everything, but hated the Miller deal and wasn't too pumped about Vrbata. Weak UFA class though and short term deals so I can live with it, I'm totally on board if Benning flips one or both down the road for picks and/or prospects at the TDL when they have expiring deals.

Miller I'm not liking that deal. I have always been a huge miller fan. Said it many times last yr when he was available. Guy is still one of the best in the business. I problem is his signing kind of detroys Lack. Would have much preferred Hillier. He could push lack and if Lack lets down he's good enough to play if Lack isn't at his best

Doubt Jensen makes 1st line if he makes the team at all

I think the canucks wanna get the most they can out of the team while the sedins are here. I'd say Lack is a starting goalie without question. But isn't upper tier at least yet. Miller is elite.
