Personnally, I dont care what the logo or the uniform looks like. What I care about is:
1) Do they play their hearts out every night?
2) Is the hockey entertaining?
3) Do they give me reason to believe in the team?
4) and finally, and least important of the list, will they bring home the cup?

I think if you can find the right color scheme something good can come from
going with a new logo,lots of money waiting if they do it correctly.personally
my 2 favorite canucks jerseys were the flying V's and skate logo from 94..

I definitely think they should start with black.and go from there id lose the green all together..

I would love to see a radical change. Do a different logo with the color as Pink with white and black. Associate the team and organization as a supporter for Cancer research. Have a portion of all Pink Jersey sales going towards cancer research.

Here are the Pros
New team color and Logo
New Identity
Stop all the hate on canucks as no one (not even Cherry) would dare to diss a pink jersey as it would be same as dissing Cancer care.
Create new revenue stream for the team with all the jersey sales.
Tax write off for the donation
Easier to spot supporters
Players getting more involved in the community and the drive
Players will play tougher to compensate for wearing pink
Almost everybody knows someone that is affected by cancer.
Players will have a personal motivation and desire to play for a team that actively supports a leading cause for death in NA.

Cons
Will affect current support of sick kids
Will take a bold person to wear the jersey outside of just going to the games.

Start from scratch to design yet another new logo for the Canucks? Why start from scratch when they already have a logo in their system, as part of their identity package, that is already accepted by the majority of the fanbase. The Johnny V logo. I love the Johnny V logo more than any of the other current Canucks logos. IMO that Johnny V logo is the best logo in Canucks history.

Orca logo:
Always have disliked it, I just got used to it.

Skate logo (Plate of Spaghetti):
It was a tolerable logo, but design wise it was terrible.

Stick in rink logo:
A classic logo, love it, but IMO it's better suited as a shoulder patch than a jersey crest/primary logo.

Johnny V logo:
Awesome!!! I loved it the moment I first saw it.

The Johnny V logo is the perfect representation for the franchise moving forward. I really don't have any faith in the franchise finding a better logo than that if they were to go back to the drawing board and start from scratch.

Call me crazy but I like the old flying V jerseys. They were unique. Put a new colour twist on them and voila! Marketing gold.

The 'Flying V' jerseys were a bloody eyesore, a real hot mess disaster of a uniform failure, and they belong nowhere other than buried in the past as a haunting reminder.
