- surely we can all agree that 8years x 8 M would've been jumped on by MB...
- it's not unreasonable to think the habs could've gone up a bit to meet in the middle if the ask was anywhere near 9.5 to 10 M...

That said, does the fact that there's no deal yet mean that PK is asking for/wants MORE than 10M a year???

Okay we'll I knew he existed, some guy pointed him out to me at a Subways game at CHP once actually after my teams practice and told me " hey kid see number 9 in blue? He is going to be in the NHL" but I was 12 and assumed the guy was nuts.... Couldn't imagine someone from here actually playing in the NHL. What I meant was I didn't realize how good he was until he joined the Q and never really knew him lol
