Just out of curiosity, I understand there are some extents that are overreacting here. But for the people saying things to the tune of "wait and see" and "You don't know", what if anything poitns to the fact that there should be a sliver of hope that PK is still going to be a Hab signed to a long-term contract?

This is about as bad as this whole thing could have gone. Maybe it all still works out, but there's nothing that's transpired so far to make you stop and say hey "could have been worse".

Oh, I really don't know. But if I had to guess, I would think $7.5-$8M a year and anything 5 years or more would suffice.
