I think Enroth can still develope, but if I had to put money down on who's more likely to be a future starter I think it's Nuevirth.

He's overpaid. IMO he's a solid #4 on a decent team. They needed room to resign Markov and Subban

Neuvirth has solid numbers playing on a defenseless Washington team. If healthy, he could provide them with a solid #1 for a few years. Again health is the issue.

Enroth doesn't have bad numbers avg wise. If he had players in front of him, he could be a good stop gap for now.

Hackett well we hear it from time to time, "He might be a better NHLer than AHLer". He has promise but needs to curb the attitude.

Ullmark has the highest ceiling.

Markov is the wild card.

Peterson could be the best of the bunch.

Lieuwen has all the tools but injuries are an issue.

Johansson to young to tell but by all accounts has promise.

Players don't always perform well in contract years. I can't see him figuring into this teams plans long term. Anything shy of an absolute monster year will see probably see him dealt at the deadline.

Markov had over half of his points come on the PP.

I agree though that at this point the money should have been spent elsewhere and Gorges could have stayed
