Yes they did but not enough, but they need much much more then those two. But hell this is team with by dar worst menagment in league and they still dont understand that their defence sucks, hamonic is only top 4 dman on team..

Most know that the team needs Dmen, but those 2 signings helped the F depth and secondary scoring issues. Isles line-up becomes deeper.
But in fairness the G position was really the biggest issue bc late in games, soft goals were allowed that caused isles to lose 3rd period leads. Plus the subtraction of Amac and small sample size of some BIG kids did help the backend of D towards end of last year. But besides Hamonic, DeHaan is/showed that (if healthy) will be a great top 4 Dman.

What makes the isles have the worst management in league? just asking?
Plus if season started 2day, who's a better team Isles or Canes? No homer answer either

Moulson + 1st for Vanek (UFA)
Draft pick for Dan Boyle (UFA)
Neither Boyle nor Vanek signed.
Kulemin - $4+ million/year for 4 years.

Wouldnt mind the Pens adding Penner for a 1-2 year deal on the cheap. He had some success in anaheim before being moved. Would add some size and depth. Still have to move Scuderi first though

DP no longer there, Vanek is a better player than Moulson and it was a gamble the GM took, late draft pick for Boyle ( R u serious ) Kulemin's contract is a lot better than 2 scrub players the Leafs signed longer term..

Come with some better facts than bad long term contracts of players that are no longer there from an owner who's completely idiotic and hamstrung the organization financially bc of the retarded politics of Nassau county.

I posted a tweet where Stamkos favorited, and a link to where HE said "we'll see what happens" . I didn't guaranteed anything, but it was Stamkos who stirred the pot and didn't shoot it down, like others would.
