Woah woah woah.. no where near 18 hours awake.. For the first couple of weeks I actually had some good sleep. Just recently (2-3 weeks ago) I had started getting insomnia

For the first month or so, I was having problems with depression & insomnia.

Past two days I've been outside meeting people and hanging with friends

On Saturday, when I did my community service hours, I met my friends mom there, and I was talking to the chick later in the day. And her mom said I worked real hard

If your insomnia is recent, it is clear that the (frank) ed up hours you keep glued to hockeybuzz is the culprit. Maybe a month at fat camp with no Internet access will do you some good.

Agreed. Way too little water. Should be a minimum of 2L a day. I used to put back anywheres between 3-4 litres a day when I was training and playing rugby.

That's definitely in line with migraine symptoms. Do you wear sunglasses at all? What about needing regular seeing glasses?
