We like you guys around to remind us on how bad a rebuild can go. We don't know how ours will turn out , but its looking like its moving along pretty well.

Stamkos won't be a UFA for another year or so. Who knows what the landscape will look like? Hell, Toronto could implode this year and have its hat in the ring for the Connor McDavid Sweepstakes. Toronto won't be able to ride on the "because we're the Center of the Hockey Universe™" mantra, but Tim Lieweke is no dummy. He can put just as good of a package and sales pitch as any team out there. Oh by the way, they also have a lot of cash.
