Ken Campbell is one of the worst hockey writers out there IMO (professionally anyway). Most of his articles usually have an awful premise, and he thinks he is being edgy and forward thinking . But he is so far off based it just gets me irritated trying to finish one of his "articles".

I wouldn't take his predictions to heart.

According to MOST sites,
We have the top ranked prospect depth in the league
And that was BEFORE getting Reinhart
Add to that two more very good players in next years draft

Of course its no guarantee...
But Murray and co. would really have to screw up for us not to at least be serious contenders for a long time

I never liked him or his idea of what a winner looked like. Ultimately, it was just time for a new set of eyes at the top.

Ive heard great things about barzal. If the mceichel dream ends and we end up with reinhart and a guy like barzal as our top two pivots, we should still be in business.

So the hawks are having trouble signing one of their top college prospects. Hes a nice young scoring winger. Hed be a nice addition for an area of need.

Murray seems like he has the balls to let go of some of the assets to make a bold move when need be. I like his straight up no nonsense put up or shut up attitude.

Everyone one here says Girengsons will be the next captain. Including Matthew Coller on WGR(stat so called expert lol). One of the best defesnive players in the game. Ive seen him in the AHL and he cant even score goals. He was 41% of faceoffs this year. Lol. yeah some captain he is.
